No more working shifts, evenings, or weekends. Forget the management changing the bonus scheme..again. The weekly churn of new staff and people leaving will be a thing of the past. You will be responsible for relationshipbuilding with around 800 business accounts, fact finding, staying in touch, and when the time is right for them to look at changing their supplier you will be the one to close them.
