Job Description

Landscape ArchitectLocation: Sheffield, South YorkshireSalary: Up to £50k + Excellent BenefitsJob type: Full Time, Permanent, Occasional TravelThe Client:Our client is an established multi-disciplinary architectural firm committed to crafting sustainable environments. Operating Globally and Nationally, they have a diverse portfolio of award-winning projects spanning public and private sectors.The Role:They are looking for a Landscape Architect to jointheir team. Your role involves leading landscape projects, collaborate with our in-house architectural team, and work closely with clients and external design teams, including subconsultants.Responsibilities:

  • Lead Landscape projects from conceptualisation to completion, overseeing all stages in both D&B and traditional contracts.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and administration of Landscape projects.
  • Create concept design sketches and develop detailed designs using CAD Software/ArchiCAD in BIM format.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for Landscape Architecture services.
  • Establish deliverables schedules and design programs.
  • Coordinate the creation of visualisations and animations using CAD/3D models with the team.
  • Ensure the design aligns with the client’s budget constraints.
  • Assist in compiling bids and tenders and attend interviews when required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Landscape Architect or in a similar role.
  • Possess experience of at least 2 years in post-Chartership.
  • Strong technical design skills and CAD proficiency.
  • Familiarity with UK standards and planning.
