REED Engineering and Manufacturing are working with a leading Engineering/Metals company with a global reach.Key Account ManagerRole Requirements . To quote key customer enquiries, follow up and convert to ordersDuties and Responsibilities Quote customer enquiries as requested and obtain profitable business to achieve sales targets Ensure work is planned, organised and controlled to maximise time spent with customers and develop strong customer relationships Works with customer service team to ensure customer needs are met. Maintain internal / customer databases as appropriate ensuring accuracy of customer information and sales history Search stock system and allocate appropriate material to customer orders, ensuring customer receives precisely what they orderedaccuracy Raise non-conformance reports as required, ensure Non conformance are identified and corrected / prevented for future Review and understand simple customer PO specs ensure Sales order logged on internal database within an appropriate time scale.
