Position : Key Account Co-ordinatorAlternative Titles : Customer Service Co-ordinator, Internal Sales, Internal Account Manager, Customer Excellence Executive, ExpeditorLocation : SheffieldSector : Manufacturing Salary : £25,000-£27,000Hours of Work : Monday to Thursday 7.00 am to 4.00 pm, Friday 7.00 am to 12.00 pm About the role : • Managing a number of existing key accounts - ensuring the customers receive the best experience• Being a key stakeholder for your customers within the business eg expediting orders• Negotiating and placing new customer orders• Monitoring customer order coverage by good communication, whilst also analysing trends and historical usage patterns• Maintaining & improving individual KPIsAbout You :- Excellent customer service skills- Professional telephone manner- Microsoft Office proficient- Ability to analyse data and proactively utilise the results- Highly self-motivated and exceptional organisational skills- Experience in the manufacturing sector- Commercial and negotiating experience- Fluent written and spoken English. The ability to speak other languages is beneficial- Qualifications in Business Administration or similar are preferred
