SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.We are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Centre Analyst to provide 1st line level technical co-ordination, support, and delivery of first line offerings. This include ticket logging and progress to resolution, issue investigation andfirst-time fix resolution for unlocks and advice and guidance amongst other required across SIG platforms and service.What does the role involveAs a IT Service Centre Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering 1st line technical support to end users and ensure working practices are executed effectively. You will ensure updates are recorded on the IT Service Management platformand end users are communicated to within relevant timescales. You will manage the 1st line ticket stacks for Incident and Service Request, including investigation, diagnosis and resolution within SLA/ OLA, and prioritise tickets logged according to impactand urgency.In addition, you will escalate major Incident ticket via the correct channels and work with SIG Suppliers where required to manage, update, and resolve users tickets and drive and improve customer experience and display an impeccable phone manner.The successful candidate will require: Experience of working in a Service Desk type environment Applications deployment and installatonSome Windows 10, Office 365 knowledge & Exchange mailbox administration Configuration and set up of user mobile devices General troubleshooting & problem-solving skills for IT Services In return we offer: Competitive salary with annual pay award and staff recognition schemes 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
