Job Description

The CompanyBrewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an IT Asset Administrator for an educational provider based in Sheffield. This is a contract role for 6 months which may be extended.The RoleThis is a contract role for 6 months, which may be extended.This role will work in conducting audits for IT equipment, monitoring software licenses; ensuring they meet the license requirements, work with the asset control processes to monitor accountability, identification, maintenance of equipment, and its location.You will be able to have a live status of every piece of IT equipment, and its current condition to allow successful reporting of depreciation. You will also assist in the scheduling of repairs, ensuring these work in collaboration with the relevant people.The CandidateThe successful candidate will have strong technical skills, have experience of a similar role before, and be comfortable conducting auditing exercises, whilst being able to produce audit trails where necessary.Having experience of working with an ITAM (IT Asset Management) software is essential, as well as being able to assist in forecasting and budget planning.The BenefitsGreat benefits including, a FTE salary of £23,000 - £24,000.
