Job Description

Internal Sales Coordinator– Sheffield – £28,000 - £30,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a global, industry leading business based South of Sheffield, who are looking to recruit an internal sales specialist to join the team. As theSales Coordinatoryou will be provided with leads and expected to proactivelycontact potential customers to generate appointments for sales managers.This is a great opportunity to join a market leading organisation, who has plans to double their customer base within the next three years.In Return You’ll Receive:

Sales CoordinatorResponsibilities:
  • Calling potential customers with the aim of setting appointments
  • Utilising CRM system to manage and update customer information, track sales activities, and effectively manage leads
  • Proactively follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Working closely with the sales team to understand existing quotes and follow up with customers to close sales opportunities
  • Proactively contact leads provided by the company
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings, target market, and competitive landscape
  • Achieve and exceed assigned appointment setting targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimise and improve CRM processes and workflow
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Relevant experience within a similar role
  • Results orientated
  • Sales Driven
  • Experience with online sales tools
  • Effectively manage and maintain data
  • Previous experience within manufacturing or engineering industries (desirable)
  • Driven, passionate, “can do attitude” and a “self-starter”
  • Commercial acumen
