Job Description

They are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to join their dynamic Information Technology team and contribute to their continued success.Role OverviewAs an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of their Information Technology team, working closely with the Head of IT and the IT service desk. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support for their IT infrastructure,ensuring seamless operations across their systems. This role demands a high level of technical proficiency, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to deliver top-notch support to their end-users.Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive support for our enterprise and operational technology networks, ensuring their smooth and secure functioning.
  • Utilize your expertise in managing the Microsoft server stack and VMware hypervisor to maintain optimal server performance.
  • Collaborate with the team in the design and development of new services and solutions, leveraging your technical prowess.
  • Actively participate in various projects throughout the service lifecycle, including service design, transition, and continual service improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and assess risks, implement effective countermeasures, and manage critical service dependencies to minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct comprehensive tests to evaluate the functionality, performance, and manageability of IT services during service transition.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record in supporting enterprise and operational technology networks.
  • Strong proficiency in managing the Microsoft server stack and VMware hypervisor.
  • Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework and its application in service management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with users at all levels.
