We believe that our differences make us stronger.About the roles:Due to the continuing growth of the practice we are now actively recruiting for several roles based in our Sheffield office:

  • Immigration Coordinator (UK Inbound)
  • Immigration Coordinator (European Shared Services)
  • Immigration Analyst (US Consular)
Although based on different teams, the common responsibilities across all roles will include:System Management
  • Updating and maintaining Fragomens inhouse systems, databases and case management records accurately. Ensuring client folders are up to date including renaming/downsizing documents and requesting company set up. Saving and uploading case related documentsand government decisions onto Fragomens database.
  • Submit and pay for online applications and additional services and booking/rescheduling online appointments at the Visa Application Centre. Organising translators and checking appointment availability at embassy/consulate alongside maintaining client contactinformation.
  • Perform intake of cases once assigned and ensure case is correctly set up on Connect (in-house system)
Team & Client Support
  • Provide business support to clients by supporting Fragomens UK Inbound Associates, Paralegals and Consultants in an administrative capacity.
  • Support Consultants/Senior Consultants with more complex cases if necessary and advise assignees on consular procedures
  • Keeps Associate aware of the progress of matters to manage expectations and informs of conflicting priorities/requesting assistance as problems arise/informing of current capacity
Administrative Support
  • Prepare immigration compliance packs for clients
  • Drafting and submitting certificates of sponsorship on the Home offices SMS system
  • Draft immigration applications, support letters and emails to provide updates on all immigration matters and prepare initial draft communication to clients as directed by Consultants/Senior Consultants/Associates
  • File applications with government agency and participate in case audits
  • Take on additional projects as required
About you:To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills.Also required:
  • Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Being confident in both verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and able to meet deadlines and priorities in line with delivery expectations and agreed client service standards
  • Be proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision
  • Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
  • Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, internet and email systems
  • Strong listening skills
  • Accurate work style; focus on details
Fragomen in Sheffield:Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 150 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environmentwith over 20 different languages being spoken.As the UK moves through lockdown and Fragomen moves out of a fully working from home model, a regular attendance in the office will be required in this role.
