Job Description

ICT Engineer The Role: As an ICT Engineer, you will be an essential part of our clients dynamic IT support team. Your role involves contributing to a centralised infrastructure project, playing a vital role in its design, development, and implementation.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that embraces innovation and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT Helpdesk support to staff and students
  • Diagnose and resolve day-to-day hardware and software issues
  • Maintain accurate records for system and asset management
  • Assist in hardware and software procurement, following financial policies
  • Conduct maintenance, modification, and installations of IT equipment
  • Support the development of school-wide IT systems and services
  • Administer user accounts and ensure system security
  • Assist and train end users in effective IT hardware and software use
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, and iOS Operating Systems
  • Experience in hardware and software installation and management
  • Basic networking maintenance skills
  • Familiarity with Active Directory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of desktop imaging solutions (SCCM, WDS, MDT)
  • Experience with school-specific software (e.g., Promethean ActivInspire, Sims.net) is advantageous
