HSQE OfficerRail / TransportYorkshire£45,000 - £50,000 + BenefitsMy client is a joint venture between a number of Yorkshire Local Authorities and private enterprise that deliver a wide range of critical public services to residents and businesses. An opportunity has arisen for a HSQE Officer to join the team focussing onRail transport in the region.The successful candidate for the HSQE Officer role will be a professional qualified Health & Safety professional (NEBOSH or equivalent) who has a proven track record of setting up and managing a Safety Management System. You will have experience of deliveringa range of HSQE services in the Rail or wider Transport sector, ideally with good working knowledge of Railway and Other Guided Transport Systems Regulations (ROGS)The role of HSQE Officer will suit a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can assimilate into, and contribute effectively to an experienced team. You will lead the development and management of the SMS ensuring that all HSQE risks are controlled,and processes are put into place and followed.
