Job Description

HR System Project Manager (12m FTC)RemoteLHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) is partnered with a national law firm, assisting with the appointment of an HR System Project Manager on a remote basis.This is an exciting time to join an international law firm and to assist in a new exciting project - the start of the implementation of a new cloud-based HR HCM technology.The new role sits within the HR Projects team and works closely with the HR Technology project and BAU HR projects.Core responsibilities for the role include HR Project Management, Process Management, and HR Service Support.Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the head of HR Operations and Reward to successfully deliver the annual HR projects plan to support the delivery of the HR Strategy
  • Lead on a number of key HR projects across the employee life cycle
  • Manage project delivery to ensure HR projects are delivered on time and within budget and any deviancies or issues are reported as quickly as possible
  • Seek client feedback during the development and implementation stages to ensure deliverables meet client needs
  • Responsible for project documentation; plans, schedules, issues and risk logs, resource schedules, etc. for all HR projects assigned.
  • Lead the HR annual cycle processes e.g. performance reviews
  • Work with the HR Systems team to ensure data flows effectively across HR processes
  • Seek opportunities to automate and streamline processes
  • Design and maintain HR intranet pages working with content owners to provide a positive client experience.
  • Develop and maintain colleague and stakeholder relationships
  • Participate on wider projects such as finance systems and budgeting projects working with other teams as appropriate
  • Partner with the HR Systems team to ensure HR systems are correctly utilised and maintained
  • Partner with HR Systems, HR Operations Manager, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Reward and Learning and Development to meets the needs of internal clients
Experienced required:
  • CIPD qualified preferred
  • Experience in project management and delivery of HR cyclical programs
  • Excellent ability to develop relationships and excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills and a strong understanding of the use of HR systems
  • Confidently Identifies issues, risks, and conflicts at early stages
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and perform well under pressure
