Job Description

Join this exciting, fast growing and very successful HR software provider as Talent Software Implementation Consultant, a role that uses your client facing communication experience, HR expertise and good hands on software skills. If your expertise lies in HR people development, talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding, performance review, learning and development, succession planning, employee engagement or rewards, and you are interested in consulting and implementing technology solutions, apply for this HR Software Consultant role.Home-based, occasional travel, £45k to £60k pa, with bonus and good benefits.In this role you will:

  • hold meetings with clients (via Zoom primarily) to guide them in their implementation of their HR Talent Software
  • consult and advise on talent strategies and processes and share your familiarity with best practise
  • gather requirements for the implementation of software that relates to recruitment and onboarding of employees, peformance review, learning and development, succession planning, employee engagement and rewards
  • train and coach clients to implement hands on their requirements into the HR software
  • manage the overall HR software implementation process from discovery, to build, test and rollout for clients in varied sectors
  • work as part of a team implementing other areas of the HCM solution such as core HR, payroll and Workforce Management.
  • You must have:
  • strong familiarity with some of the Talent areas of HR, including learning and development, employee engagement, compensation, performance review and talent acquisition
  • very good customer communication skills and client relationship building experience
  • experience with implementing HR related software solutions, client side or for a vendor or consultancy
  • good practical hands on skills with software, as implementation consultant, trainer, superuser or similar
  • motivation to learn, grow and develop within a company to develop your career.
