The Cluster HR Manager reports directly to the Group HR Manager and will have strong working relationships with each hotel’sGeneral Manager.The Cluster HR Manager will also line manage a Cluster HR Coordinator, both individuals will work together closely and form the on-site HR support team for the hotels within their cluster.Your day will be varied, and you will operate as a true HR generalist. For example, you may be interviewing a fantastic Restaurant Manager in the morning, coordinating training midday, and working on an engagement project in the afternoon. So, with manydifferent priorities, you will need to be a highly organized, structured and action driven individual who is able to communicate well and effectively manage expectations.If you are an experienced HR Manager within the hotel industry this would be a great opportunity to work with a really collaborative and supportive team where you will gain great preopening experience
