Bramah HR is recruiting for a fantastic generalist HR manager to join a growing business on a completely new site that has been acquired. This is a fast paced HR manager role which will see you managing the entire function and a wider HR team to ensure thedelivery of effective, compliant and people centered HR solutions.Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures- Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminationsSkills- Proficiency in using HRIS systems or similar software to manage employee data- To be able to guide and mentor senior leadership on site from an HR perspective - In-depth knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team of HR professionals- CIPD level 5 as a minimum- 2 years experience in an HR Management position
