Elevation are delighted to be working with one of our clients in the South Yorkshire/North West area looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join the HR team. Working with the HR Director and a HR Administrator the HRBP will play an integral part inmanaging the day to day HR operations as well as focusing on improvement, development and coaching of managers to better manage and support their teams. The role offers hybrid working with an expectation to be in the Warrington office 2 days per week.The role offers excellent benefits including:- Competitive salary- Hybrid working - 2 days p/w in Warrington office - rest working from home- Car allowance- Private Healthcare- Generous annual leave- Salary sacrifice pension SchemeKey aspects of the role will include:- Delivering the people strategy in line with company values - Line management of HR Administrator and co-ordination and development of their role.- First port of call for all employees to support, advise and guide on people policy, best practice processes & L&D - Lead on upskilling of line management in core people related processes i.e. absence management, agile 1-2-1s, performance management etc.- Support on all ER cases- Collate and deliver data via the HR systems on a monthly basis to support people related agenda & improvements- Support the HR Director with projects and deputise in their absence- Assist with Recruitment activity such as attending interviews, job fayresTo be successful were looking for the following skills:* CIPD Level 5 qualified* 5 years experience in a HR Advisor/Snr HR Advisor or equivalent position* Comprehensive ER experience* Data reporting and interrogation * Training and Development experience* Some knowledge of HR Project Management* Be able to build relationships with all stakeholders* Willing to travel across the UK when requiredThis business is growing therefore this is a super opportunity to further develop your career.
