Job Description

The HR Assistant will provide crucial support in the Human Resources department, focusing on administrative tasks and employee relations. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about the Education sector.Client DetailsOur client are a large Education trust based in Sheffield.Description

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • Handling employee queries and resolving them efficiently.
  • Maintaining employee records in accordance with company policy and regulations.
  • Supporting the HR team with recruitment processes.
  • Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Assisting with performance management procedures.
ProfileA successful HR Assistant should have:
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • An understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
