As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented HR Analystwith HRIS experience to join their dynamic team in Sheffield.Client DetailsThis confidential client operates within a specialised industry, focusing on advancing technological innovation.DescriptionHR Analyst- Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to support HR processes and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity, system optimization, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR users on the HRIS platform and related tools.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline HR operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and systems.
ProfileHR Analyst- Qualifications:
  • Experience in the above resposibilites.
  • Previous experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, and maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
