Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our clients busy HR department in Sheffield on a 12 month contract.THE JOB:Working in a fast-paced manufacturing company, you will be responsible for supporting the HR departmentDuties & Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Onboarding process
  • Organising meetings
  • Pension reporting and enrolment
  • Writing pay amend letters
  • Scanning/electronic filing to HR Management System
  • Filing and archiving relating to HR and Training activity
  • Coordinate annual and ad hoc training requests
  • Book training with approve training providers
  • Update and maintain appraisal records
  • Support the delivery of the work experience placement programme
  • Obtain, monitor and collate L&D feedback information
  • Update first aid L&D records and ensure all first aid certification is maintained and courses booked for refreshers
  • THE PERSON:
  • 5 A-C/4-9 GCSEs/O Levels or equivalent
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills - able to prioritise appropriately and meet deadlines
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Confidentiality
  • Office administration duties in a fast paced environment
  • Self - motivated
  • Able to work flexibly as part of a team, asking for and giving support as needed
