Having recently secured some minority investment the companyare looking to push into new markets and diversify revenue streams over the next 12 months and, with the crucial role their software team will play in this, are looking for an experienced candidate to spearhead the team.Due to the autonomy and ownership this role will hold, the ideal candidate will have prior experience at a strategic level, developing engineering roadmaps and also building/scaling first-grade engineering teams. They will also have experience implementingAgile/Scrum delivery methods and quality controls around testing/TDD. In return they will have the autonomy and ownership over the Software Engineering function to deliver results in their own image in a business set up for growth.The company have flexibility at the core of their employee offering, and whilst they ask for an office presence 1-2 days a week, they are more than happy to work around family and travel commitments to make sure that life can continue to happen around work.As a results driven business – they want to enable the right people to take ownership and deliver.To Be Considered:
