A leading law firm, recognised by the Legal 500, has an exciting opportunity to join their firm as Head of Private Client in their Sheffield office on a full-time basis. You will head a specialist team who have earned a reputation for excellence, value andsuperb customer service.A longstanding law firm with an excellent reputation both locally and nationally, that pride themselves on their attention to detail, client care and care of their employees. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Chartered LegalExecutive to join their team and will deal with matters including wills, trusts, probate/elderly client, LPAs, COP, tax, as well as running the thriving, award-winning Private Client team.As well as taking over as head of the Department and its existing files, you will be required to build your own workload and supervise the staff within the team. As department head, you will be an essential figure within marketing and business building.There will be a mixed and variety case load including wills, lasting powers of attorney, wealth planning/protection, probate, intestate administration, as well as trusts and generally elderly client matters. You will also be required to take instructionsand advise on a range of matters, as well as supervising the Paralegal staff within the department.To be considered for this role, you will be a Chartered Legal Executive, STEP qualified or an experienced fee earner, qualified by experience.
