This role will be supporting the Directors of the business to embed a solid people agenda to drive the ambitious growth plans. You will be a dynamic and confident leader with the ability to challenge the status quo, have a proven trackrecord of clearly defining an organisations culture.Role OverviewTo lead the People & Culture function for the group which currently has more than 2500 employees spread across the UK. Specifically taking ownership for coaching, people management, development, talent management and engagement. The Head of People & Culturewill be responsible in designing and finalising the HR policies, contributing to business strategy, develop workforce plans and programs that align with the organisations overall strategic objectives, forecast talent needs and address the talent gaps, orchestratelearning skills and career development of the workforce, employee orientation, education, and training, management development, employee and labour relations, affirmative action compliance, policies and procedures, workers compensation administration, wageand salary administration, benefits administration, organisation development, and employee assistance.What will you be doing
