Global HR Mobility ManagerInternational Law FirmSheffield - Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office - city centre)LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Badenoch & Clark) is partnered with a leading international law firm, assisting with the appointment of a Global HR Mobility Manager. The role can be based from the Sheffield office, 2 days a week office presence.The Global HR Mobility Manager will be a subject matter expert and strategic partner to the employees and managers. They will support the firm in meeting business objectives and talent strategies in relation to the cross-border deploymentof people in a compliant and efficient manner. This global organisation has 75 offices in 43 countries.Were looking for someone who has worked within HR supporting global mobility, potentially an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager in an international company, or an individual who has been responsible for global mobility as a large part of theirprevious role/s. The Global HR Mobility Manager will build up this function - there is an existing policy and process in place, however its typically led by managers alongside the HR Advisory team; this is a new role and this person willhave full ownership of the process (there is a Global Mobility Tax Manager this person would work closely with in terms of the practicalities of cross-border deployment).Responsibilities are likely to include:
