Job Description

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be supporting their Global client on a new Global HR Mobility Manager role. Working within Professional services and alongside the Global Mobility Tax Manager you will be a true subject matter expert and strategicpartner to the employees and managers. You will be leading on the cross border deployment of people in a compliant and efficient manner. You will need to be onsite for at least 2 days a week in one of the following locations :

  • Sheffield
  • North West
  • Scotland
  • Bristol
You will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of the life cycle process for all assignments and transfers; as well as support compliance for international business travel and more informal cross-border working. Being the main point of contact for businessstakeholders considering an international move and ensure this is done efficiently and compliantly.You will provide advice and guidance to the wider HR team and business leaders on the Global Mobility policy and all mobility related matters. Produce appropriate global mobility reports, and provide insights and management reporting on a regular basis You will manage forecasting of Global Mobility costs for budgeting processes, including cost projections.Working closely with the Senior HR Operations Manager and external immigration partners to provide employment immigration support and find practical solutions. You will also oversee compliance reviews that identify areas of risk exposure or non-compliancerelated to tax, wage reporting and immigration.Another key relationship will be with the Head of Talent Acquisition to assess relocation and immigration needs. Global HR Mobility Manager - About You
  • Experience working with Mobility, Immigration and/or Tax
  • Experience working in house within Global Mobility (desirable)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel capabilities and Global Mobility tracking tools (desirable).
Skills & Experience required
  • Extensive demonstrable experience in Global Mobility, Expatriate Tax, Immigration
  • Knowledge and conversant in expatriate tax and immigration compliance principles and legislation
  • Preferred experience gained either in-house with a multinational corporation and/or as a consultant within a global tax accountancy firm
  • Knowledge of expatriate compensation methodologies and experience with international supplier data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
