Are you an experienced Asset Data Capture Administrator looking for a new challenge or are you a Geography or Geology graduate or a candidate with spatial science/ GIS applications experienceWere seeking a highly organised individual to join our successful, national gas distribution client in Sheffield. In this role, youll be providing comprehensive administrative support to the Asset Data Capture Team and Manager.Job Specification* Working knowledge of relevant policies / associated Local Work Procedures and its applications* Working knowledge of ESRI, SAP CRM and DMS and supporting systems* Competent in the use of standard desktop packages, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel* Motivated to learn new skills and tools and be flexible to deal with change* Self-aware and understand your personal impact on others* Work to team SLAs and ensure work is captured to meet daily targetsPerson Specification* Well organised, motivated, resourceful and able to demonstrate that you are passionate about continuous improvement, with the ability to work accurately within tight deadlines and on your own initiative* Be a completer / finisher with a questioning approach and a keen eye for detail and high quality.* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, alongside the ability to build strong working relationships within and outside the immediate team* Strategic and ordered thinker with strong technical skills able to analyse data* Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues within the processTo be successful in this role you must have experience with Data Collector and GPS Software as well as hold a Full driving licence.
