Job Description

German Speaking Sales Administrator

  • £21,000 - £25,000
  • 37.5 hours p/w
Elevation Recruitment’s Business Support division are delighted to be working with a Sheffield-based Manufacturing Business. The company is seeking a highly organised and German speaking individual to join the team as a Sales Administrator. As the firstpoint of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support.The German Speaking Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders, returns and stock availability
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information to customers
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve any delivery issues
  • Identify and escalate any customer issues or concerns to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Update and maintain order information at each stage
Skills required German Speaking Sales Administrator:
  • Fluent in German
  • Experience in a customer focused environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
