Gas PlumberProperty RestorationSheffield, Rotherham, Derby, Nottingham, Doncaster, Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Wakefield, LincolnFull time, permanent position - £16ph; equivalent to £33,280 Basic Salary (40-hour week) + competitive overtime + Vehicle + Credit Card

The Company recruiting for the Gas Plumber:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing & successful organisation. This business has grown over the last decade & are in a fortunate position to be able to strengthen its field based technical support team. Being established for over 50 years,they are proud of their company ethos. They are looking to recruit a hands-on practical candidate with strong communication skills & offer excellent ongoing training & benefits package including competitive overtime.The Role of Gas Plumber:Based from home, you will be covering a territory that covers North, East, South and West Yorkshire, as well as Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Lincolnshire, visiting a range of damaged properties based within the commercial and residential sectors. Yourrole will involve plumbing and piping repairs to buildings which have been damaged by burst pipes, floods, and fire damage. Youll also be carrying out gas repairs too.The Candidate for the Gas Plumber Position:The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate a good strong work ethic. You will need to be flexible with regards to working hours as on occasions you will need to work overtime. Having good communication skills, you will need to be able to usemodern technology for standard work functions. The role is very hands on & physical, so you need to be prepared & willing undertake these duties.
  • Hardworking, practical & the ability to be flexible with working hours
  • Confident using a range of plumbing methods such as pipe-welding & push-fit systems
  • Qualified to work with Gas
  • Good verbal, written & reading, communication skills
  • Interest in building & construction roles.
  • A full driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Access to Sheffield and Rotherham
The Package for the Gas Plumber:
  • £16ph; equivalent to £33,280 with regular reviews
  • Full time, permanent position of 40 hours per week with ongoing overtime
  • Travel paid one way
  • Expensed vehicle, credit card, pension, uniform & full PPE & ongoing training
  • 20 days holiday plus stats
