Job Description

Role: Garment CutterSalary: Up to £20,475Location: SheffieldPurpose of Job - To provide internal cutting facilities for the Company.Key Objectives

  1. To assist the Production Manager, helping to achieve the overall objectives of the cutting department.
  2. To carry out the cutting of Company products to the correct specification ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. To achieve the required quality levels in the cutting of goods to maintain the standards of manufacture required by the Company.
  4. To ensure that a sufficient quantity of work is supplied to the manufacturing departments to maintain the continuity of production.
  5. To maintain the general care and cleanliness of cutting room and machinery in order to prevent the unnecessary breakdown and loss of productivity.
  6. To assist less trained employees within the cutting room in the absence of the Order Processing Manager so that accuracy and productivity is maintained.
