Do you want to work for an exciting game developer that’s redefining the way people play video gamesDo you want to work in a fun environment where you are able to express your creativity and passion for gamesOur clients, an award-winning Games Development Studio, are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Games Producer to join their team due to continued business growth.We are looking for a quality focused Producer who can lead by example and develop trust and respect amongst the team with the ability to direct and improve planning, development and release processes on a continuous basis to meet product vision and quality goals.You will be detail focused and expert at balancing team resources, development requirements and product goals to deliver game features and content ensuring that the right priorities are set to create clarity and focus for the team to support key objectives.Liaising closely with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams including Publishing, Platform, Tech Services, Analytics, Community Management and external partners; you’ll ensure key initiatives and dependencies are tracked, develop successful mitigating strategies to overcome challenges to delivery and execution to maximise each game release and meet long-term product roadmap goals.Working closely with the studio head you will be a motivator, lead from the front and able to guide the development teams talent to form a collaborative and unified team that establishes the highest standards and sets the tone for studio culture and values.Key Duties Include:
