Our client is an exciting software agency that specialises in making bespoke CRMs for the financial sector primarily, delivering impressive packages of work to a combination of Financial Service providers.They also work with a variety of 3rd party companies to produce sourcing solutions for mortgages, secured loans, bridging loans and life insurance.They have a great team-based atmosphere and are looking for a Developer to join the team on a permanent basis from their Sheffield Offices.Currently in the process of rebuilding its product offering using the latest technologies. The successful candidates would be heavily involved in this large development project along with the existing team.The RoleDay to day roles will involves:* Design and build applications for web platform* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications* Collaborate with a team to define, design, and roll out new features* Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs* Integrating to 3rd party APIS and packaging requests and response neatly within our CRM* Communicating with clients to get a full understanding of system requirements* Working to deadlines and delivering a high standard of work* Engaged Resource will always look to give our developers the chance to grow and improve their stature within the company.Required SkillsYou will be required to demonstrate proficiency in the following:* HTML/HTML5* CSS/CSS3* Bootstrap* JavaScript* jQuery* SQL (Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio)* C# with ASP.Net* Excellent communication skills to fully understand, question and report on work requests* Good time management regarding priorities and deadlinesThe Person / Experience* All applicants must have experience create web-based applications using the skills listed* 2-3 years experience as a developer* 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday* Flexible Working Hours* Company Pension* Medical Insurance through Westfield Health* Company Social Events Required skills
