Shifts will be between 10am & 5.00pm in Winter and 9am & 5.45pm in Summer.Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but were looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business.Salary: £9.60 per hour -The salary offered here is for all who apply even if you are of school leaving age.Duration: Fixed-Term contract until 31st October 2023Interview Dates: 19th January 2023 or w/c 23rd January 2023 What its like to work here Reporting to the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, youll bebased at Longshaw Estate, a countryside site in the Peak District, which includes a visitor hub and cafe. Longshaw forms part of the National Trusts Peak District portfolioalong with the High Peak Estate and Ilam & Dovedale in the White Peak, welcoming a total of 13 million visitors a year. What youll be doing With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, youll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.Using your excellent attention to detail, youll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious. From time to time you may be required to assist the kitchen team with food prep, but your core focus will be from a front ofhouse perspective.Youll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
