I am excited to let you know about a new role I am working on behalf of for a new client based in Sheffield who are seeking a new Financial Accountant to be part of a vibrant team!This individual will be assisting in the preparation of month end and management reporting alongside year-end statutory reporting which includes the preparation and maintenance of financial reconciliations.Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:* Monthly input of payroll entries* Month & year-end balance sheet revaluations and balance sheet reconciliations* Daily processing of receipt & payment transactions, and weekly bank reconciliations* Monthly entry of international office accounts* Monthly reconciliation of TM1 to local accounts* Monthly maintenance of inter company reconciliations and matrix* Assist with preparation of annual statutory accounts* Assist with ad-hoc finance queries from across the business unitsCandidate requirements:* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)* Number of years experience (Top 10 background preferable)* Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail* Strong time management skills with ability to meet both internal and external deadlines.* Excellent Excel skills* TM1 experienceJob benefits:* Hybrid working* Easily accessible transport inks close by* Monday-Friday working hoursTo apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
