As they continue to grow, they are now looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join the team and contribute to their financial success.As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing their financial operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organisation, implementing financial strategies, and ensure compliance at all times.This position reports directly to the Finance Director and offers a great opportunity to influence and shape their financial future. The role also has scope to develop into a Financial Controller position in the next 6-12 months.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support the companys growth and profitability. Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets. Create short-term and long-term financial forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation. Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the availability of funds for operations and investments. Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Work closely with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and resolve any audit-related issues. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures to improve operational efficiency. Monitor and analyse production costs to maximize profitability Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals. Identify and mitigate financial risks through the implementation of appropriate risk management strategies. Undertake special financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the CFO to support business growth and improvement.Qualifications:
