Job Description

Job Role: Finance ManagerLocation: Sheffield.Shift: Regular Days, Monday to FridaySalary: £50,000 per annum DOEMetalis is working in partnership with a busy Steel Stockholding business in Sheffield, who due to continuous growth are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager on a permanent basis.Job Duties:

  • Track departmental spendature
  • Track budgets and cost reduction targets
  • Work with department heads to reduce cost variance and collaborate on cost driven continuous improvement projects
  • Update Product Costs and Audits
  • Ongoing Monitoring of costs
  • Leading cost awareness with digitilisation of real-time finance data against financial KPIs acrss the business
  • Managing monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes across company
  • Working with operations on inventory and WIP building
  • Supporting the business in creating, deploying and auditing policies and procedures
  • Working closely with Sales Department
  • Cost simulation
  • Monitoring capital and cashflow
  • Working with senior management to meet credit and debtor targets
  • Good relationship management with key suppliers and customers

  • Days, Monday to Friday. 9am - 5pm
