Job Type: PermanenetSalary: £32K - £34.5KHybrid: Yes (3 days in the office)Location: Sheffield City CentreStudy Support: YesAre you good at discussing financial information with non-financial peopleMy Sheffield based public sector client is looking for a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to help, guide, and advise non-financial managers to forecast and monitor their finances.Prior experience working in a FBP role is not essential, however a financial background with some experience dealing with internal stakeholders is desirable. You will also need to have month end processing and balance sheet reconciliation experience.Duties: - Provide a Business partnering service to key stakeholders.- Responsible for maintaining the general ledger master data, including chart of accounts, uploading budgets including funds check, and maintenance of reports & enquiries.- Maintenance & reconciliation of the fixed asset register, and the capitalisation, depreciation & disposal of fixed assets.- Balance Sheet reconciliations.- Posting payroyl journals.- Posting other monthly journals including recharges, Barclaycard spend, till transactions and UTC cashbook.Benefits:- Study Support.- Hybrid working.- Great defined benefits pension scheme.- Flexible working.If you are part qualified CIMA/ACCA or similar and you feel right for this role, please apply now.
