Field Engineer Installations Engineer - EPOS IT and Infrastructure Cabling Looking for a very flexible, experienced Field Engineer capable of installing infrastructure cabling, Cat5 - Cat7, and IT / EPOS equipment to work on UK wide projects within mostly retail shops.This role is to be one of the core permanently employed Engineers.Common projects are to refit shops and upgrade all IT Infrastructure and EPOS equipment. Can include IT, CCTV, AV, Wi-Fi etc.You will work autonomously, as well as with third party Engineers and lead direct contractors on larger installations.You will be kept as local as possible, when there are no projects in your vicinity you must be flexible to stay away overnight and undertake long journeys to sites.Occasionally Projects will require both weekend and night work, this is not the norm.This is an excellent opportunity to join as a company’s new core permanent Installations / Project Delivery Team.Basic salary, depending on experience, in the region of £24-26K + Company Van, expenses and paid overtime (after 40 hours per week), Pension, paid holidays etc.As a number of environments will be in construction sites, applicants who possess a CSCS or ECS card would be preferred although not essential (as training course can be given). Any other useful site cards / skills IPAF, PASMA or professional electrical / Data Cabling / Fibre would be very useful. Required skills
