International Sales Manager (French Speaker)Home-basedBusiness to Business £50,000-£55,000 plus attractive bonus.We are handling an exciting opportunity for a driven and successful international sales manager. The recruiting business is an internationally focused British exporter which has created this opening as a result of continued international growth. Your location is not important for this business as the role is home-based with occasional days in the office. Post-pandemic, around 15-25% of the International Sales Manager’s time will be spent travelling.This is an internationally-focused manufacturer of non-technical goods sold into commercial, non-consumer channels. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for all turnover outside of the UK and will manage an export sales professional within the company.Our client believes in hiring a highly capable candidate with transferable skills in international business management and development. Full product training will be provided to the successful candidate.Previous international sales experience is required while industry background is not important. That said, candidates who have an industrial, commercial or technical background will be of particular interest.About the Company:An internationally focused manufacturer supplying commercial channels including manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality via agents, distributors and directly. About half of the company turnover comes from outside the UK.Key Skills/Experience Required: Fluency in French is considered essential for this position.Your industry background will probably not be in consumer goods. You’ll have experience selling industrial/commercial/technical products and you will possess previous experience in managing international sales across a wide, multi-country region.The business will hire a driven, self-motivated and industrious sales manager who will be comfortable working remotely and managing remotely with occasional days in the office.Candidates who have managed export sales people before will be of particular interestSalary/Benefits Information:The business will create a package designed to attract their selected candidate.
