Job Description

Executive Assistant / Office CoordinatorLocation: SheffieldSalary: £22,000Contract: Full Time, Permanent CRA Consulting are supporting a reputable local business who are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator in their Sheffield Office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a great team dynamic.Role & Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive administrative support - data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, database management, handling post, ordering office stationery and other ad-hoc duties where requires
  • Covering a reception desk - meeting & greeting, dealing with visitor enquires, call handling & screening and showing contractors around the office space
  • Personal support to the senior management team - Booking & organising travel, diary management, appointment setting & management, handling email mailbox and general office support
  • Accounting / bookkeeping support - Sales order processing, invoicing support, process expenses, data input, bank reconciliations, handling payment runs and forwarding financial reports to senior management
  • Required Attributes:
  • Previous experience in an office support role
  • Experience working in professional services
  • Competent Microsoft Office user
  • Strong admin skills
