It is fundamental that the successful candidate promotes anti-discriminatory and anti-racist practices in the performance of the post in a way that embraces Equality and values Diversity.Job Spec of the EventsAdministrator:Job Title: EventsAdministratorPositions: x1Hours: Full-time, 35-40 hours per week, FLEXIBLELocation: 100% remote based, there may be occasional company travel in the future to London and a potential office in Sheffield, but remote work will still be offeredSalary: £22,000 - £25,000 DOEOpportunities for professional developmentFree access to wellbeing servicesResponsibilities of the EventsAdministrator:The successful Senior Administrator must adhere to all policies in respect of the sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working this position, and report to the designated Line Manager. Support several teams/functions within the operational area and offer support/cover during periods of absence Transactional office-based activities such as raising invoices and review for accuracy Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation Business specific activities such as organising and maintaining files and databases, screen phone calls, emails, schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations.
