Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are excited to be recruiting for a ERP Systems Developer (NetSuite) at this successful and expanding manufacturing organisation.THE JOB:Due to expansion and growth this is a brand new role which will assist the future success of the business.Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Establish full understanding of the NetSuite application and through both frontend and backend processes
  • Work alongside the existing team to understand active and future developments needs and implement improvement projects
  • Implement metrics to actively monitor the performance of the platform and implement actions to improve
  • Perform NetSuite administrational duties as required to maintain the operation of the platform
  • Develop new solutions within the platform to improve and automate current processes
  • Manage data import, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts
  • Providing end user training for new/existing business users
    • THE PERSON:As the successful ERP Systems Developer you will have experience of working in a similar role, ideally with NetSuite although this is not essential for the right candidate.You will have worked with development languages including Javascript, Suitescript, HTML, CSS.Key Attributes:
  • Be able to develop, test and deploy new developments, functionality and customisations
  • Experience of System integration & configuration experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to relay technical detail to non-technical audiences
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task according to workload demands
  • Excellent accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Creative, results driven, enthusiastic and pro-active
  • Excellent trouble-shooting skills
  • Persuasive and tenacious in character, able to work comfortably with stakeholders at all levels in the business
  • Ambitious, positive and flexible in approach.
  • Naturally comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment
