Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for an Employee Benefits Manager to join its busy Pay & Employee Services Department.The Employee Benefits team is an integral function within the Pay and Employee Services department providing a full range of Payroll, Pensions and employee benefit related services to both the Trust and to a number of other NHS Organisations, along with managing the Trusts workforce systems including eRostering and ESR.Delivering a service to over 27,000 employees across the NHS, you will work as part of a busy team and will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills to ensure effective service delivery.You will lead the Employee Benefits team and will be responsible for the management of the Fleet and Salary Sacrifice benefits offered.
