A leading technological solutions company in Sheffield are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to help with a new exciting project that has just started.The CompanyA small but growing company specialising in the design and manufacture of products for the security industry. They are passionate about the bespoke products they make for their customers and pride themselves on attention to detail. Therefore, they want to select the best engineers to help maintain their high quality products while growing as a business.Electronics Engineer PositionThe team is small and specialised, you will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working directly under the Engineering Manager and Senior Electronics Engineer, while also working alongside another experienced electronics engineer.You will be working on a large scale specialised project where expertise with both PCB Design and Power Electronics will be essential. Other experience includes:- Over 5 years’ PCB design experience (using Altium)- Understanding of Microprocessors- Knowledge of battery systems- PrototypingBoth Analogue and Digital circuit design experience is also desired but is not essential. The business also acknowledges a good general knowledge of electronics engineering and has had at least 5 years’ experience within the profession.In return, you shall receive a competitive hourly rate while expanding your knowledge within a fast-paced and successful environment.
