Job Description

Role: Electrical Control Panel WiremanSalary: £23K per annum + bonusHours: Hours 37 per week Mon-Fri.Location: South YorkshireOur client is an electrical manufacturer.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Production Technician is responsible for the build and assembly of equipment within the business in a timely and efficient manner whilst maintaining high quality standards

  • Undertake assembly and build of equipment to meet production deadlines and to the highest quality standards
  • Ensure the work area is kept in a clean, tidy and safe manner
  • Assist with work colleagues when required
  • Support Production Supervisor and Team Leaders to implement continuous improvements and build a lean manufacturing culture.

  • Support the Company in all Health & Safety matters, Risk assessments and Safe systems of work.
Teamwork
  • Participates positively in team meetings and briefs

  • Participates in HR programs and supports company policies
  • Help support trainees and apprentices where applicable
Internal Operations
  • Enforces policies and procedures as per our commitment to Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental standards
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as requested

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience of Electrical switchgear assembly & wiring
