Flexible Hybrid working! Elevation Recruitment are very excited to be working with a leading manufacturing business based in Sheffield, to find their next eCommerce Manager! This is an exciting opportunity to manage a small team to make a real impact on business performance. Duties & Responsibilities of the eCommerce Manager:* Plan and execute a strategy that will drive the growth of online and ecommerce functions* Manage websites, ensuring they are updated accordingly* Working across multiple departments to consistently identify ideas and opportunities to implement new online sales tactics* Analyse performance of both websites to produce insights and create reports that you can deliver to the board of Directors* Oversee budgeting and forecasting for online sales* Ensure product data is accurate and optimised to plan and agree implement online promotional activity to drive product salesSkills & Experience required of the eCommerce Manager:* Minimum 3 years Ecommerce Management experience* Previous experience of working with website using Magento would be highly advantageous* Proven ability to work within a fast paced, target driven environment* Sound knowledge of PPC, SEO and digital marketing channels* Proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel* Highly analytical with ability to extract data and use this to improve overall strategy* Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team* Good verbal communication skills - the ability to articulate ideas clearly and liaise with other members of the team* Strong project management skills.* Proactive, sales driven, and enthusiasticIf you would like to learn more about this role, please get in touch!
