If you put together a plan and are dedicated to your learning,training and courses will be approved!With two offices, headquarters being in Sheffield, where marketing is based, and the main warehouse in Rotherham. You will be close to transport links as well as having full amenities available to you.The organisation are keen to ensure that staff are happy and looked after, a large part of this is through providing a gym membership to 7 gyms based in Sheffield, a generous bonus scheme, flexible work form office home and flexible hours - you make yourown diary- and 25 days holiday plus bank hols.The RoleThe Digital Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the overall company and the growth of the company. You will be primary focused on paid acquisition - 85% of the role.Main responsibilities for this role are;
  • Lead the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy inline with our brand across all paid digital channels
  • Managing and reporting marketing spend, budgets and ROI
  • Create and oversee the digital acquisition strategy and activities, focusing on; PPC Adwords and Bing, affiliate marketing, social channels, digital marketing
  • Managing a team of 3 highly competent executives; graphic design, social media, email marketing
  • Manage relationships with external agencies
The right person will be;The culture fit is very important to this organisation, they want the right person who wants to help grow the company and be an irreplaceable member of staff!
  • 7 years experience within paid digital marketing
  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience managing a team, including appraisals, 1-1s and overall support
  • A commercial sense and understanding of budgets and forecasting
  • Experience with A/B testing, optimising, user funnels, SEO
  • Competent at understanding and interrogating data and creating detailed reports with tangible insights
