Due to this, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will focus on data driven content marketing across social, PR, website and email.Alongside working for an innovative and successful organisation, you will benefit from the following:- Flexible hybrid working- Up to £30,000- Central Sheffield location- Annual Bonus: Up to 5% of salary- 25 Holidays per annum & additional statutory bank holidays- Professional development plans to help you progress in your career- Life Assurance x 4 Annual SalaryThis role sits within the digital campaigns team and covers the following responsibilities:* Deliver and update paid, organic and email campaigns* Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media platforms* Work with the Digital Campaign Manager to ideate and plan campaign strategies to grow brand presence across all channels* Assist in monitoring live marketing campaigns and developing ways to improve* Writing and uploading blogs, articles and press releases* Assist with the Influencer program by researching task ideas, recruitment, and approving content* Researching industry trends and contributing ideas for new campaigns and ways to market* Competitive analysis including audience, data, and topic research to identify what is new and how to align the brand* Use creative thinking and research skills to create unique stories and compelling campaign ideas that stand out and attract coverageWe are looking for someone who has experience in Digital Marketing who is data driven with an analytical mind set in addition to the following: * Excellent written and spoken communication skills including strong proof reading* Flexible and able to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced culture * Strong proficiencies in IT are required for this position* Experience of digital marketing strategy and evidence of implementation and performance improvements* Knowledge of digital PR, social platforms, and paid media* Knowledge and experience with SEMrush, Emplifi, Google Analytics
