Client DetailsPublic Sector / NFPDescriptionAs a Digital Communications Manager you will help to with stakeholder internal and external of the organisation.You will someone with an aptitude for the creative and the technical to help us deliver high quality, engaging digital content across our websites and intranet.This role is content-focused, rather than code/development focused, the post holder will need a basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. The successful candidate will need to:
  • Be able to check for and fix accessibility issues on websites
  • At home with Google Analytic and other administrative platforms
  • A good people person - able to coach content authors and teach non-technical colleagues
  • a good communicator with creative flair and an eye for engaging images and graphics
  • A quick learner with a knack for testing and troubleshooting
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to switch between different tasks to support colleagues
ProfileAs a Digital Communications and Content Manager you will have;
  • A proven track record working as a Digital Communications / Digital Marketing Manager or Content Manager.
  • You will have significant experience of content management systems, social media channel management and digital design ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • The ability to identify the needs of users, as well as map their journeys through content with strong analytical skills to create compelling and persuasive recommendations.
  • Good understanding of accessibility, copyright, and data protection issues in relation to websites and content management.
  • Excellent content and editorial skills, including professional-standard copy writing ability and a strong understanding of design and layout skills.
Job OfferSalary Circa £35000- £40,000 ( Day Rate)1 day a week will be required in the office ( South Yorkshire)Please apply ASAP as this is an urgent vacancy
