The role will involve planning and delivering nutrition and dietetic activities, using your technical skill set and working with widerteams to ensure evidence-based practice runs in conjunction with the best commercial outcomesYour key responsibilities as the Dietitian will consist of:- Working well with colleagues and clients at all levels to provide expert dietetic support, translating technical/nutritional information into understandable messages for the non-expert-Delivering support to operations teams with site visits, presentations, training and events across B&I contracts-Supporting the implementation of relevant legislation such as PPDS, Calorie labelling and allergen compliance- Work collaboratively with development chefs to develop menus- Developing & supporting our wellbeing strategyProfile description:The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the futureDietitian include:Key skills:- HCPC Registered Dietitian with at least 3 years experience- Experience in contract catering or the food industry is highly desirable- Familiarity with one or more nutritional analysis programmes- Experience of menu development in B&I settings- Experience working with food allergy- Experience and knowledge of EU and UK food labelling legislation- Member of British Dietetic Association and the BDA Food Service Specialist Group- Excellent presentation skills- Strong commercial awareness- Ability to prioritise a wide range of tasks, be flexible and work to tight deadlinesAnd finally, its important to be:- Highly driven with the ability to work well in a team and on own initiative- A strong communicator both written and verbally-Detail focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving mentality- Highly organised with the ability to remain calm under pressure- Professional and pragmaticThis is a field based role and will require travel to sites across the UK.We offer:For the position ofDietitianwere offering a salary of up to £38,500 per annum dependent on experience, plus a company car and a bonus potential of 15% based on company and individual KPIs.Together with a workplace pension there is a wide selection of health, wellbeing, and lifestyle benefits, as well as 33 days holiday (pro rata, incl. bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days annual leave.Other benefits include discounts on cinemas, retail, restaurants, hotels, and family days out.
