Job Description

DeburrerPermanentDay ShiftSheffieldSalary – Up to £11.00 per hour – 38 hour working weekJonathan Lee are currently recruiting for x2 Deburrers to join a well establish client of ours based in Sheffield.As a Deburrer you will:

  • Ability to remove burr from machined components to match specific engineering drawings provided
  • Be involved in New Product Introduction (N.P.I) throughout the business
  • Train new employees in the business to meet the standard requirement
  • Ability to Trim down, polish, saw, chamfer, drill components to match the specific drawings
  • Inspect & raise any issues/problems that may halt production.
  • Support other members of the team ensuring components are machined/produced to specific requirements from engineering drawings
    • As a Deburrer you will:
  • Experience of working within a engineering environment previously – beneficial to have worked in a deburrer/polishing role previously.
  • Ability to read Engineering drawings
  • Good level of communication skills
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety policies within an Engineering environment
