Job Description

Customer Support AgentSheffield - City Centre£23k per annum + bonusAgenda Partnership have partnered with an exciting and innovative brand who are a fast-growing start-up that are in a phase of growth and are looking to hire an additional dynamic and passionate Customer Support Agent to join their team.As a company, they have won multiple awards within the sector for partnering with automotive retailers throughout the UK, helping consumers pay for costs and accessories associated to motor vehicles. A real customer-centric product and a market leader withintheir space.As the Customer Support Agent you will join an operations team in Sheffield. Reporting into the Collections Manager, you’ll be part of a team responsible for helping customers manage their repayment in an affordable manner, using a balance of commercialityand treating customers fairly.Day to day you will handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls and live chat, ranging from taking payments to assisting customers with a range of queries.Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries
  • Reviewing accounts that are behind on their payments to determine appropriate action
  • Contacting customers to agree satisfactory and appropriate payment arrangements
  • Adhering to timescales and regulatory requirements to ensure reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Achieving targets for quality and productivity
  • Following Company and TCF guidelines
This role will require you to work one Saturday between 8:30am - 5pm and one Sunday between 10am-4pm every month. You will be offered time back in lieu on the following week, with weekend working paid at a higher rate.Experience required:
  • Experience working within a Customer Support or Customer Service Agent role
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for customer service and delivering high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to be a team player
